To implement the "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics" and the "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Toothpaste," to regulate toothpaste production and sales activities, and to ensure the quality and safety of toothpaste products, the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) has drafted the "Toothpaste Classification Catalog (Draft for Public Comment)," and is now soliciting public opinions.

The public comment period is from December 1st to 22nd, 2025. Relevant organizations and individuals can submit their feedback to hzpjgs@nmpa.gov.cn. Please indicate "Toothpaste Classification Catalog - Feedback" in the email subject line.
